Terms and Conditions


PRICE AND PAYMENT
A payment of a deposit (50%) before start carrying out the order. The second payment is 25% at the time of fitting the garment. Payment of the remaining balance( 25%) is required before completed order may be collected or delivered.

With a small fee, you can reserve space in my schedule to consult and work on sketches if your garment is due more than three months away. Reservations fees start at $100 depending on the details of the proposed project.

Deposit is non-refundable after fabric is obtained and work has begun.

WORK
No work will commence on any order until a deposit and confirmation of the order is received. Payment of a deposit normally confirms the order and customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

DEADLINES
I will make an effort to meet deadlines if I am notified at the initial consultation and you cooperate fully in terms of making decisions and payments quickly.

DESIGN CHANGES
Any changes in the design of the garment requested after confirmation of an order may require extra work and materials and you may be charged additional design and labor fees.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
I am obliged to produce the products of satisfactory quality and identical to initial image (or sketch) of the design. Services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. I am not liable for any damages once garment is out of my possession.
